1/2 Cup Light Mayo
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Light Buttermilk
1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1/2 Cup Water
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
Best if refrigerated for a few hours, but can be used immediately.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
